Medium Rare Content has been crowned Agency of the Year for its premium content marketing and publishing work at the Real Media Awards held on Friday.

Medium Rare Content won the title despite fierce competition with finalists including BMF, Mahlab, and Our Agency.

The 30th Real Media Awards celebrated excellence across Australia in letterbox marketing, publishing, direct mail, point of sale, marketing efficacy and more.

Head of Strategy from Medium Rare Content, Jo McKay, said: “Thank you to all of the judges and the other competitors in the category. It’s such a privilege to be recognised amongst them and the creative work that they do.

“We love the brands we work for, and our team is creative, talented, and passionate. It’s an honour to work with them daily, and we all think the world of what they do.”

We pride ourselves in providing fully integrated content marketing solutions for our clients’ owned media channels, and it feels fantastic to be celebrated on this stage of excellence with our clients, who are Australia’s Leading brands,” McKay said.

In addition to this achievement, Medium Rare Content had a successful year as the producer behind the winning campaigns of four other award categories.

Lovatt Media’s, Alicia Ridley, and Kmart’s Tessa Lockwood took home the titles of Best Emerging Designer and Best Emerging Talent awards at the international Real Media Awards.

Print, producers and distributors recognised include IVE, Rawson Print & Packaging, Conversify, MCC Labels, Hero Print, Genii, Adams Print, Print & Sign Co, SEED Print Group, Blueprint Australia, Quality Print, Spectrum Print, and Southern Impact all recognised for their excellence in quality, craft and execution.

Kellie Northwood, Chief Executive Officer, Real Media Awards, congratulated Medium Rare Content, Lovatt’s Media and Kmart and all producer and print group finalists and winners for their achievements.

“Agencies, Designers and Producers are the creative lifelines to so many of our
retail marketing campaigns. The incredible commitment to creative strategy supported by production teams working tirelessly to respond to consumer demands demonstrates the tip of the iceberg for the excellence agencies deliver to retail marketing. If any retailer is looking for the best, here they are. Congratulations all,” concluded Northwood.
