Triple M has marked its 25th year of AFL coverage by continuing live and local commentary across all key games and unrivalled AFL-focused radio programs available for footy fans around the country.

As it celebrates its silver anniversary this year, Triple M Footy will continue its partnerships with AFL clubs the Adelaide Crows and the Fremantle Dockers.

Providing meaningful and effective content integration, supplemented by commercial activity ensuring a high frequency of message with our nationally engaged audience, Harvey Norman is the latest addition to a list of Triple M’s AFL partners including, McDonald’s, Rheem, CBUS Super and IGA Liquor.

SCA National Head of Sport and Partnerships Trevor Crook said, “the long term nature of our many partners speaks to the return on investment of our offering.”

“Put simply, Triple M Footy provides all partners with an effective, engaging and truly national seven-month communication platform, at scale.”

There are also newcomers to the Triple M Footy family this year, including ex-Hawthorn heavyweight Jason Dunstall and ex-St Kilda superstar Nick Riewoldt.

Dunstall – aka ‘The Chief’ – is returning to Triple M this year and will join Luke Darcy, Mark Howard, Nathan Brown and Damian Barrett for the Triple M Footy Friday Huddle ahead of the biggest games of the round.

Riewoldt will provide special commentary on select matches across the Triple M Footy season, as well as co-hosting The Rush Hour with billy Brownless when James Brayshaw is on leave.

Triple M’s Rush Hour Drive programs across Australia make Triple M the only place for everything sport. Each weekday, key industry names and legends of the sport including Billy Brownless, Lachy Reid, Andrew Jarman, Andrew Embley and Bernie Vince break down the latest in sports news.

SCA Head of Sports Content, Ewan Giles, said, “Triple M is blessed to have some of the biggest names in the game on our commentary team. We take the game seriously, but not ourselves and that’s what Triple M footy listeners want.”
