Thinkerbell Reveals Management Restructure, Snares CHEP’s Katie Dally For GM Role

Thinkerbell has announced changes to their management structure, as the company continues to grow to over 55 staff across two offices.

In recognition of Thinkerbell North’s (Sydney) continued growth, Katie Dally (pictured below) joins the team as general manager.

Dally joins from CHEP, and will lead the office, working hand in glove with executive creative tinker, Paul Swann.

On her appointment, Dally said: “I have been observing Thinkberbell’s successful journey over the past three years. Their people first culture, Thinker / Tinker model and ‘Measured Magic’ offering is a unique agency proposition that has had significant impact on their client’s business and I am excited to have the opportunity to lead Thinkerbell North into its next chapter.”

Thinkerbell South’s (Melbourne) office will now be under the watchful eye of Jaime Morgan who has been promoted from Head Thinker to General Manager. Jaime has been with Thinkerbell for almost a third of Thinkerbell’s existence, and has been instrumental in putting ‘measured’ into the magic. Jaime says of her appointment “Thinkerbell is a true creative company, and I’m extremely passionate about its future, our people and clients.”

Finally, in recognition of her continued leadership of Thinkerbell, Margie Reid (main photo) has been promoted from Managing Director / Partner, to CEO / Partner. Margie will oversee both Thinkerbell North and South, as well as assisting in the management of DOA, s p a c e, and Hocus Focus.

Reid said of the announcements: “We are so excited to welcome Katie to the team. Her sparkle, intelligence, and leadership qualities make her the perfect person to lead North. Jaime in the South has been absolutely instrumental building the team and client base.. She’s helped build a strong and cohesive team in Melbourne, delivering for our clients. Our client NPS of around 46 is testimony to the great work she’s doing.”
