Switch Appoints Matt Watson To Technical Director

Switch, an award-winning digital agency has announced the appointment of Matt Watson as its technical director.

Watson joins Switch at an exciting time as the business focuses on its growth strategy and bringing the best talent in the market to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers. Watson is the most recent talent appointment by Switch, after they recently announced the highly regarded digital business leader, Andrew Davenport as managing director.

With a strong background in growing high-performance teams, Watson leads through strong communication, trust and a focus on high quality, enterprise-level solutions. Watson often works as a force multiplier leading the technical team with strong capability to be strategic and tactical.

The experience of the Switch team in delivering composable DXP solutions for customers will be bolstered with the appointment of Watson, his background across a range of technologies and in Sitecore in particular bodes well for existing and new customers.

Watson brings with him over 15+ years of experience and has also worked at Sitecore leading a team of solutions architects making him a perfect fit for Switch who have worked with Sitecore as their Platinum Implementation Partner for over 10 years.
