Salesforce has announced that Pip Marlow will join the company in October 2019 as CEO, Salesforce Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), to lead the company’s ANZ business into its next phase of growth.
Marlow is an experienced business leader, having previously held the position of CEO customer marketplace at Suncorp, and prior to that having spent more than 20 years at Microsoft where she was appointed Managing Director in January 2011.
“Pip is one of the most well-respected business leaders in Australia and New Zealand — we are thrilled to welcome her to Salesforce to lead us into the next chapter of growth and customer success in the region,” said Salesforce chairman & co-CEO Marc Benioff and co-CEO Keith Block.

Pip Marlow was CEO customer marketplace, where she is responsible for driving customer focus into all aspects of Suncorp’s business including strategy, customer care, partnerships and innovative solutions that add value for customers.
Prior to joining Suncorp in 2016, Pip at Microsoft for 21 years where she held a number of roles for them in Australia and the USA. This culminated in her role as the MD of Microsoft Australia for six years.
Pip is also a non-executive director of the Rugby Australia (ARU), sits on the Vice-Chancellor’s Advisory Board at UTS, is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), and is an Executive Ally for Pride Diversity.
She has been a passionate advocate for flexible and diverse workplaces that empower people. Born and raised in New Zealand, Pip lives in Sydney with her Scottish husband and her two American born daughters, Sophie and Lucy.
