Former Salesforce executives have launched carbonx Data & Marketing, a consulting agency specialising in Salesforce data cloud and the Marketing Cloud suite that includes Einstein, AI and Agents.
carbonx aims to help organisations maximise the potential of their Salesforce investments by integrating Data Cloud for improved data strategies, optimising Marketing Cloud for personalised engagement and harnessing AI for predictive insights and automation.
carbonx Data & Marketing was founded by Ian Calpin, former RVP of partner sales; Vladimir Silak, ex-director of partner development & enablement; and Rich Wright, ex-director of Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Delivery in Professional Services at Salesforce. Together, they bring over 45 years of combined experience in Salesforce technologies, customer experience strategy, and data-driven business transformation.

The new venture is backed by Beryl8, Thailand’s largest Salesforce partner, to position carbonx Data & Marketing in the APAC region.
