For most iPhone users, their camera rolls are littered with grainy, badly lit photos of a debauched night out at 3am, Kuta Beach vacation, and pics of dogs/kids/drunken family members.
Yet, Apple stands by the almost professional merits of its phones’ cameras, regularly shooting its ad campaigns on the device to prove their credentials.
And the latest “Shot on iPhone” campaign is as clever as it is cute.
A stills campaign of cats and dogs, all taken on the new iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max, is set to make up Apple’s latest outdoor and digital out of home campaign.
It’s unclear if the campaign will come to Australia but, judging by the imagery, B&T certainly hopes it does.
All the black and white portrait shots were taken by professional photographer Jason Nocito, famous for his fashion and ad work, and shot using the iPhone’s High-Key Light Mono Portrait Lighting function.
The campaign also includes an @apple Instagram takeover, a WeChat component and a virtual chat with Nocito via a Today At Apple session.
