ASICS, the apparel and footwear partner of the Australian Olympic Committee, has released its Australian Olympic campaign, ‘Be Moved’ in time for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The campaign, produced by creative agency Chisel, features four-time Olympic swimmer, Cate Campbell; javelin world champion, Kelsey-Lee Barber; Commonwealth Games high jump champion, Brandon Starc; Kookaburras co-captain, Eddie Ockenden and Rugby 7s Olympic gold medalists Charlotte Caslick and Shannon Parry.
The campaign was born from the insight that post-Olympic games, through the shared joy of watching our athletes competing on the global stage, Australians are inspired to get moving and participate in physical activity.
“ASICS believe in achieving a Sound Mind in a Sound Body, and through the positive power of sport and movement it can transform us individually and as a community to uplift our minds and bodies,” said Mark Brunton, managing director, ASICS Oceania.
“The insight that Aussies are inspired to get moving after the Olympics aligned very well to our philosophy and this campaign gave us an opportunity to build on our brand narrative and encourage audiences to get out there and get moving.”
The longform film will be promoted digitally while the 30” TVC will be previewed on Channel 7 in the lead up to and during the Olympic period alongside a fully integrated campaign.
