Apple has unveiled a fresh new campaign that highlights the phone’s camera features, with the latest ‘Shot on iPhone’ campaign focusing on a ‘dusk to dawn’ collection, also known as ‘One Night On iPhone 7’.

This year, Apple selected photographers renowned for taking beautiful shots of their surroundings at night using the low light camera on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus.

As of January 30 (US time), the campaign will be launched in 25 countries, on billboards and in other advertising mediums.

Some of the campaign’s photographers included Elsa Bleda, who captured artists in and around Johannesburg, South Africa; Jennifer Bin, who found beauty in her hometown of Shanghai; and Chicago-based photographer Reuben Wu, who travelled all the way to Java, Indonesia to photograph the 130 active volcanoes using an iPhone 7 attached to a drone.

Per TIME Magazine, Jennifer Bin said, “The whole concept behind this campaign is that the photographer is shooting from dusk to dawn, so almost all the shooting is done at night.

“I’m very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the photos that I shot and how some of the photos really blur the line between what people perceive to be iPhone photography vs camera photography.”

Check out some of the shots here:

Shanghai has many faces, as a part of the collaboration with Apple on the #shotoniPhone7 campaign, I wanted to show a surreal side of Shanghai that is uncovered only through a long, sleepless night of exploration from dusk to dawn. To me, the retrofuturist vision of Shanghai that I fell in love with represents the best of human imagination and one can’t help but marvel at its magnificence. —– As part of the campaign, the photos I shot will be on billboards around the world. Please let me know when you see one! —– (Do not attempt this yourself. I used some additional apps and hardware.)

Thrilled to finally say that I’ve been chosen as one of the photographers for Apple’s new campaign! So excited to see my images on billboards around the world. Let me know when you see one(: (Used shoulderpod for this shot) #ShotoniPhone7

I’m delighted to be a part of Apple’s new campaign where I took the iPhone7 into the crater of an active volcano in #Indonesia. This is the fiery dawn I was greeted with after a long night of shooting and gazing at distant heat lightning. #ShotoniPhone7 If you see this out in the wild, please take a photo and send it over ? (additional colour correction apps were used)

I’m honoured to have collaborated with Apple on their latest campaign ‘One Night Shot on iPhone 7’ where I ventured across Iceland by dog sled. Determined to produce a series of unexpected images, we were lucky enough to encounter this alluring ice cave during the night. More images to follow soon. As part of the campaign, the photos will be on billboards around the world. Please get in touch when you see one! Thank you! #shotoniphone7
