A casual group of around 600 of the industry’s most influential and inspiring women gathered Friday night for the annual B&T Women in Media awards, celebrating the incredible achievements made by women in this industry of ours. And for those of you not at the event, we can officially reveal the list of winners.

Following a jam-packed day of speed mentoring, problem solving and advice from the most powerful women in the business, the industry flocked to Royal Randwick Racecourse to see which women would take the crowns in their respective categories.

A big congrats to all of our incredible shortlisted candidates, and of course to our wonderful winners, with special shout outs to winner of the Power List, ABC MD Michelle Guthrie, Woman of the Year, Rebecca Tos, and People’s Choice winner Anne Gruber.

You can see the full Power List right here, and for all the photos from the evening, stay tuned – all will be revealed on Monday.

As for the gorgeous illustrations of the winners, these were commissioned by Bauer Media and created by Erin Whitty, an acclaimed commercial illustrator for brands such as Pandora, Neutrogena and Myer. Her art has appeared on the pages of popular women’s magazines, on beauty product packaging, and at launch events.

Whitty comes from a publishing background. She enjoyed a 10-year long career as a magazine beauty editor before following her dreams of becoming a full-time fashion illustrator in 2015. Whitty trained in professional illustration and creative advertising at RMIT University.
