Jason Bradshaw, Volkswagen Group’s chief customer and marketing officer, has left the brand after five years.
In a statement to B&T, Bradshaw said: “I can confirm that after almost six years I made the decision to leave my position as Chief Customer and Marketing Officer (Director Customer Experience and Marketing) with Volkswagen Group Australia.”
“I am extremely proud of the work the division delivered during my period of leadership. Improving customer experience to very positive territory across all touch points, which involved delivering CX & EX programs to over 5000 participants, a full replacement of their CRM systems, significantly increasing the number of Australians that positively engaged with the brand and the launch of an innovative e-commerce platform that resulted in over a 1000 customers being served in the first 9 months and $36 million in revenue.”
Bradshaw said that he would be focusing on his own agency, Power Of CEX, which is “focused on supporting individuals and organisations to accelerate their growth with an intentional focus on the experience they deliver across customer, employee, product and brand.”
Prior to his role at Volkswagen, Bradshaw was head of customer experience at Target. He has held roles at Fairfax, ACON Health Limited and Singtel Optus.
