Travel Associates has appointed BCM Group as its digital and performance agency of record, after a competitive pitch.

On the appointment General Manager Brand and Marketing at Travel Associates, Anna Burgdorf said, “The travel industry is incredibly fast-paced and competitive, and clients are looking for the best possible service when it comes to designing their leisure travel.

“It’s essential for our boutique brand to connect with clients through the right channels, at the right time, ensuring their journey is seamless from first contact to booking their next amazing travel experience. The team at BCM understood, and rose to, the challenge we set out to reach premium travellers.”

Phil McDonald, Managing Director and Partner at BCM Group added, “The team at Travel Associates made it clear from the outset that they wanted to find new, innovative ways to connect with the premium traveller and build on their extremely loyal customer base.

“It was the perfect opportunity for us to bring our unique approach to data analytics, smart integrated planning, and optimised digital media and content.”

The appointment is effective this month.
