When he isn’t shirtless and lifting weights Sampson is the CEO for advertising giant Leo Burnett. He is also a panellist on channel ten’s The Project, ABC’s The Gruen Transfer and The Gruen Planet.  He also starring in the second season of ABC’s Redesign My Brain.

“People see me on TV in my lighter mode and they never see me in this kind of hard-core training zone,” Sampson tells Fitness First magazine. The magazine is free at all Fitness First gyms.

“It’s a part of who I am. I see fitness as an enabler — it allows me to do all the adventurous things I want to do in my life.

“My body is also the important vehicle that my brain travels around in. Healthy body, healthy mind is not cliche — it’s science.”

Maybe we should start calling him Todd Daaaammmnnson.
