The Block once again led nine to a network victory last night. The block-buster show pulled in 1.087 million viewers according to overnight five-city metro OzTam numbers.

Seven’s best non-news show was Bride & Prejudice – The Forbidden Weddings (440,000), while 10’s was a showing of the Supercars Championship: Gold Coast 600 D2 (286,000).

Nine easily won Sunday with 35.8 per cent of all of last night’s eyeballs (all channels). Seven had 25.8 per cent, while ABC hung on for third and 15.3 per cent. 10 wasn’t far away and 13.7 per cent and SBS snagged 9.5 per cent.

In the battle of the 6pm news bulletins, Seven (901,000) beat Nine (867,000). Meanwhile, 60 Minutes (610,000) knocked over the soon-to-be-no-longer Sunday Night (364,000).

10’s Sunday Project had 353,000, NCIS hit 288,000 and The Graham Norton Show did 300,000 even.

The ABC’s evening ran thus: 7pm news (633,000), Total Control (495,000) and Grand Designs: The Street (413,000).

SBS caught some traction with its popular Secrets of the Railway with 241,000.
