Starcom MediaVest Group Australia has been awarded Global Office of the Year at the 2015 global Starcom MediaVest Group ONE Awards.

Announced in Miami on Friday night Sydney time, The ONE Awards honour the best experiences and campaigns of the year from within the network’s 130 offices globally. The Global Office of the Year is judged across multiple criteria including growth, service and revenue diversification, external awards performance and culture/staff engagement.

Starcom MediaVest Group Australia CEO Chris Nolan said the win was a testament to the dedication of the agency staff as well as the innovative and transformative approaches adopted by its clients.

“We’re extremely proud of the work we have delivered for our clients in 2014 and thrilled that our focus on creating experiences that matter has been recognised globally – and against such amazing competition.”

Chairman Starcom MediaVest Group Australia and director, global experience Product John Sintras said: “2014 was SMG’s most outstanding performance ever at global awards festivals, winning over 800 major awards including both Cannes and Festival of Media Network of the Year crowns. For our Australian office to have been selected as our top office for 2014 in this global context is truly outstanding”

The win comes off the recent announcement that Starcom MediaVest Group Australia has received 12 shortlists at the upcoming Festival of Media Asia, more than any other agency single office across the region.
