Independent creative agency, SLIK, has made significant changes to its full service creative offering with four hires across management, creative and production.
Appointed to the newly-created role of general manager, Sarah Wood has 18 years of experience in the integrated marketing and creative industry, having spent 12 years at experience design agency Imagination. Her focus will be developing insights and strategies for SLIK that will drive the agency’s growth and direction across commercial, creative, client and culture.
In his new role as senior art director, Randle Juan will be teaming up with senior copywriter Sophia East.
Juan brings a wealth of experience in art direction, digital design and motion, having worked at specialist boutique and larger agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi and Naked.
East comes from a customer experience background, having spent seven years at CX agency MercerBell working on end-to-end campaigns for clients including Qantas, Toyota, Allianz and American Express. She was also a finalist for ADMA’s Young Creative of the Year in 2019.
With big name brands, like Google and Sainsburys in his portfolio, Kyle Blanshard joins the SLIK team as head of production. Blanshard recently returned from the UK where he spent over 12 years working in management roles at production houses and creative agencies such as Warp, Gramafilm and Pulse.

SLIK has enjoyed recent success with an expanded portfolio across categories including charity, food and beverage, finance and music, with notable new clients including Active Super, Redkite and Bupa.
