Out-of-Home (OOH) media provider Revolution360 is pleased to announce the promotions of two of its senior leadership team members as the agency prepares for national scale up.
Sean McCaull (previously head of gales NSW) is now general manager of business operations for the agency and Josh Fitzgerald has been promoted to national sales director (previously head of sales in Victoria).
McCaull has been appointed to the newly created position of general manager to expand national operations and implement future growth strategies, with a particular focus on increasing pathways to market for the agency’s proprietary data tool 360Intelligence.
“Moving into an operational role in the business is an exciting opportunity and challenge. Revolution360 is continually moving from strength to strength, forever finding ways to innovate in the market and change perceptions not only of us as a business, but also the formats we have a strong belief in,” said McCaull.
Fitzgerald will oversee sales and business development from the national team, with the view to aggressively grow the sales team over the next six months by 40 per cent, as well as further broadening the agency’s current OOH portfolio.
“After two years working closely with our Melbourne client partners, I’m excited to expand my remit nationally and educate a broader market on the unique data capabilities of 360Intelligence, help brands understand and reach their target audiences as well as scale-up our Street Poster network,” said Fitzgerald.
The media provider is part of independent Australian-owned and operated media company VMG. Group CEO Michael Fishwick said both promotions are reflective of the trajectory of the business, and the commitment and successes that both team members had demonstrated over the past 12 months.
“Sean has been with the business six years and understands the inner workings of the business so is aptly placed to help evolve us into our next phase. Josh’s experience in the OOH space is exactly what we need for the progression of the Street Poster medium,” said Fishwick.
