Resolution Digital has strengthened its Australian leadership team with six internal senior promotions.

“As the agency grows, it is important that we have strong leadership delivering results for our client partners but also developing the agency’s most important asset, the team members,” said Resolution Digital CEO, Des Odell.

“I’m so proud of all the announcements today, showcasing the strength and depth of talent within Resolution Digital.”

Jacques Kaladchibachi, Kirsty Kapp, Hayley Monteiro, Mohammad Heidari Far, Matthew Keegan and Benton Goodbrand will now help lead Resolution Digital’s continued growth, following a successful 2021.

Kaladchibachi (main photo, bottom, left) has been named as national head of activation, and will continue to meet the growing needs of agency partners and expanding teams.

Both Kapp (bottom, centre) and Monteiro (top, centre) will be the company’s heads of activation in Sydney, supporting the OMD business, as well as PHD, Hearts & Science, Resolution Digital and Foundation.

Meanwhile, Heidari Far (bottom, right) has been named as chief product officer, in which he will be responsible for ensuring Resolution Digital is providing in class solutions across the full digital user journey.

Keegan (top, left) has been named national managing director, and will now be a key driver for growing the business, building the Resolution Digital brand, and implementing the overarching business strategy.

Last, but not least, Goodbrand (top, right) has been appointed as Melbourne managing director. He will now play a pivotal part in driving further business growth, and will also lead and build the growing Resolution Digital brand in Melbourne.

These senior promotions follow a significant year of growth for Resolution Digital, and the exceptional results delivered to clients.

The newly appointed team will work alongside Georgina Wall and Karina Pike, who were recently promoted to general managers.
