Following Reload Media’s appointment of Alexandra Gannon to managing director in July, the business has further bolstered its leadership team in the first quarter of the new financial year, with six additional promotions to support the business’s success and new client wins.

Promotions include Amy Scott to performance marketing director after 11 years with Reload Media, and Jess Brooks, who has been promoted to agency operations manager after 4 years with the business.

Further promotions include Alex McCann to performance marketing operations lead, Michael Pesavento to SEO Lead, Jade Horrobin to content marketing lead and Jane Magoffin to e-commerce strategic lead.

The promotions are a result of business growth, which is evident in recent client wins such as Ella Bache, The Beauty Chef and Meyer Cookware Australia (owner of leading brands Essteele, Anolon, Circulon, RACO and D2C website Cookware Brands).

Managing director, Alexandra Gannon, said: “We’ve had an exceptional start to the new financial year, with unprecedented growth across the business.

“We are focussed on setting our team up for success and ensuring we’re at the forefront of digital to deliver our clients the best outcomes possible.”

To support this business growth, Reload Media Australia has hired 19 new staff members in 2021 to date.

Gannon, added: “This growth has allowed us both to promote staff to new leadership roles in our business and to make additional hires in line with the expansion of our digital service offering.

“Our clients and our people are at the core of our business, so this growth was the perfect opportunity to make some changes to reflect where we are heading as a business and the direction of the digital landscape in Australia.”

General manager of growth, Marnie Whitten, said:  “Brands are looking for an agency who can deliver integrated thinking, strategy and execution across a range of channels.

“These promotions reflect not only where we are now as a business, but where we are heading and the next iteration of our service expansion.”
