The latest radio ratings show some stagnation across the board, but Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel was on the rise.

In Sydney, 2GB once again lost ground overall. Ben Fordham’s brekkie program stayed number one, but saw a decrease of 0.2 per cent. ABC Sydney also saw decreases in breakfast, and in their overall share, while Kyle & Jackie O’s breakfast had an increase of 2.0 per cent and had their highest ever share of the breakfast ratings.

Down in Melbourne, Ross & Russell continued to dominate breakfast, though saw a decrease of 1.4 in their listenership. Chrissie, Sam & Browny increased to tie third with Christian O’Connell.

Across the board, Nova’s Kate, Tim & Joel gained really significant traction. It saw an increase in Melbourne but still came third for drive overall. However, in Adelaide, Perth, and Brisbane, Kate, Tim & Joel completely dominated the drive arena.

Speaking of Adelaide, the ABC’s Breakfast With Ali Clarke was still number one, but lost some ground to FIVEaa and to Erin Phillips and Soda, which both saw their listenership increase.

One show that lost ground in a number of markets was Triple J’s Hobba & Hing, which slid off the rankings in both Brissy and Perth after performing well last ratings.

In Perth, Nathan, Nat and Shaun continued to dominate brekkie while Russell Clarke snatch third spot in the drive ratings from Hobb & Hing.

Finally in Brisbane, Ash, Kip & Luttsy rocketed up the breakfast ratings to number one from number three, while B105 dropped off the ratings. There were a number of ties up north, with second place for both breakfast and drive ending in a draw.
