M&C Saatchi Group has appointed Olivia Kruimel as PR & communications director.
Reporting to Amanda Quested, head of group marketing and communications, Kruimel will oversee PR, internal and external communications across the group’s Australia and New Zealand operations. Quested took on the role of leading group marketing and communications in late 2022 after four years of working as managing partner at the agency leading the CommBank business.
Prior to joining the group, Kruimel was editor at media, marketing and advertising industry publication Mumbrella. During her media career she has worked across a number of consumer and trade publications at Fairfax Media (now Nine Publishing), Thomson Reuters and Reed Business Information.
Prior to Mumbrella Kruimel was based in Singapore working as a senior marketing manager for Standard Chartered Bank. She has also worked in law as a communications and PR manager at a number of local and global law firms.
