It may have been a quiet night of telly last night, but it was Ten’s Have You Been Paying Attention? that was arguably the night’s standout.
After a quiet few weeks, it managed to go back above the 700,000 mark for the first time in a long time.
Conversely, the ABC’s agenda-setting Q&A had a very poor night, managing only 395,000.
Nine’s The Block was the most watched show of the evening with 1.18 million and gave Nine the night with 30.4 per cent audience share. Seven was second with 25.1 per cent, the ABC had 18.8 per cent, Ten 18.7 per cent and SBS seven per cent.
Karl’s This Time Next Year did well with 821,000; however, Seven’s Hell’s Kitchen continued its downward spiral with 509,000. Ten’s Survivor managed 617,00.
In the battle of the news bulletins, both Seven and Nine tied with 1.03 million.
Over at the ABC, it’s night of current affairs went went ABC News (753,000), Four Corners (674,000), 7:30 (638,000), Australian Story (617,000), Media Watch (535,000) and Q&A (395,000).
For the SBS, its best was The Obesity Myth which had a rather slim 285,000.
