Medium Rare Brings Sarah Maguire Aboard As Editor Of QantasLink Mag

Medium Rare Content Agency has signed on Sarah Maguire as the editor of QantasLink’s Spirit magazine, after recently snagging the publishing contract for the title.

Maguire has over 20 years experience in mainstream media, having held the title of travel editor at Fairfax Media for nine years, as well as working as digital producer for smh.com.au homepage and features editor of the Sun Herald.

Most recently, Maguire was digital producer for both the tablet and online editions of Good Weekend and Sunday Life magazines.

“I grew up in Alice Springs, Launceston and Ballarat, and I’ve lived on the north-west coast of Tasmania, Gympie and Noosa,” Maguire said. “I am from regional Australia.

“With my experience and background, I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to take QantasLink’s inflight magazine to the next level.”

Medium Rare MD Gerry Reynolds added, “Sarah is the ideal editor to oversee the redesign and reformatting of Spirit magazine, which will re-launch as a bi-monthly publication from the September issue.

“Her digital experience also makes her ideally suited to launching a special Spirit section in the Qantas magazine app and for expanding rural and regional content on travelinsider.com.au, Qantas’ travel inspiration website.”
