M&C Saatchi Creates Digital World Where Commbank Catches Stealthy Fraudsters

M&C Saatchi has created a new campaign for CommBank that demonstrates the bank’s fraud protection credentials.

In the ever-evolving battle against fraudulent security risks, CommBank’s dedicated security specialists use the latest technology to scan customer accounts for suspicious activity 24/7.

To bring the work of CommBank’s security teams to life, M&C Saatchi, alongside Collider director Daniel Askill and ALT VFX, built a microchip city where rogue fraudsters are taken down in-between giant processors and glowing data streams.

CommBank CMO, Monique Macleod said: “In an increasingly digital world, fraudulent activity poses an ever-present risk.

“With this campaign, we wanted to reassure Australians that when it comes to their account security, we’ve got them covered.”

M&C Saatchi Group CD, Andy Flemming said: “The CommBank fraud teams are highly motivated and seriously impressive.

“We wrote the spot after meeting them and hope they’re as happy with it as we are.

“Daniel Askill, ALT and Rumble pulled out the stops and crafted an incredible world right up until the final moments.

“I’m still geeking out, to be honest.
