Typically B&T doesn’t run health announcements. However, after an afternoon in the pub and our love-handles groaning under the weight we thought there’s no more opportune time to run this.

And what is it you may well ask? Well, it’s Men’s Health week (apparently) and Matt Lawry (that’s him below) from marketing firm Yellow Octopus has devised this handy infographic to get blokes off the couch, lesson their wobbly bits and alert them to the dangers of the booze, fags and greasy (albeit delicious) food.
