Lipton Tea has launched its new Australian rebrand via LOUD. The new minimalist approach will see the brand lose the letters L, i, p, o and n, to focus solely on t – “lower case. Not upper.” said the lead design duo behind the rebranding, Donna Kalish and Ben Ryan.
The change has been supported by Lipton’s marketing manager, Sarah Shen – who along with the brand police thought it was a great idea to tweak the logo. “Lipton is the world’s number one tea brand and with brand recognition at an all-time high, it only made sense to change it. This adjustment to our quality black tea brand is a natural progression that will allow the brand to connect with Gen-Z, Alpha and Gen-Beta from 2026 and beyond.”
The re-brand rolls out across Australia this April.
