Hollywood spunks Jessica Alba and Zac Efron have returned in the latest (is it now the fourth?) instalment of Dubai Tourism’s new campaign.
The new ad, called “A Captivating Saga”, is arguably the darkest of the ads thus far and once again plays out like classic cinema; this one having a bit of a The English Patient vibe about it.
The work of London creative agency Mother and directed by Aussie Craig Gillespie, the new ad arguably spends a little too much of its time zooming in on its attractive co-stars in a moody, dusk light and not enough time espousing Dubai as a travel destination. Which, after all, is probably the point of the blockbuster spots.
That said, it’s beautifully shot and further confirmation of the very large budget afforded by Dubai Tourism. Check out the new work below:
Relive the previous spots here. “Dubai Presents: A Brand New You”; “Dubai Presents: A Romance to Remember”; and “Dubai Presents: A Five-Star Mission”.
