Iranian academic, Foad Izadi, is going viral for making scathing and unsavoury comments about The Queen on local live television.
Following the passing of Queen Elizabeth, the academic appeared on a special dedicated program discussing the Queen on Iranian’s Channel 1.
The segment was incredibly negative about The Queen. The show’s host, Pejman Karimi, declared the Queen’s death as “good news,” for oppressed people.
MEMRI reported that Izadi equally showed his dislike of the Queen and said she was, “One of the greatest criminals in the history of mankind.”
Karimi then went absolutely ham and said: “After 70 years on the throne, this Queen has left a grade sheet full of crime, abomination and filth.”
Izadi said, “Perhaps, in light of her 70 years on the throne, she should be included in the same list with Hitler.”

Their comments are now going viral online. Surely though, whatever side of the monarchy argument you sit on, comparing The Queen to Hitler is just incredibly inaccurate and disrespectful.
