InMoment Appoints Eric Weight As Vice President Of Solutions Consulting For APAC

InMoment has today announced that Eric Weight has joined the company as VP solutions consulting to support InMoment’s rapid expansion across Southeast Asia and Japan (APJ).

After a record-breaking start to 2021, Weight joins InMoment to help lead the expansion and advise companies in transforming the experiences of their customers.

In the last three years, InMoment has invested significantly in Southeast Asia, opening offices in Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland, in addition to launching a Singapore data centre in August 2021 to unlock the full capability of the InMoment XI platform in the region.

Earlier this year, Carl Kimball was appointed VP of sales, Asia Pacific and Japan, and InMoment’s employee base has increased by more than 300 percent. The company has achieved record growth, and continues to invest heavily in core technologies and go-to-market strategies that power experience improvement for the world’s top brands.

Weight (pictured) has over 25 years of experience designing and deploying CX solutions at some of the largest B2B growth technology companies in the world. He was most recently head of consulting at NICE Satmetrix, based in the US, where he led the company’s global consulting teams responsible for driving the ROI and profitability of CX initiatives. He also has considerable experience leading consulting, services, product management and presales teams worldwide.

“I have been waiting for the right time and right company to deliver real customer experience transformation to Southeast Asian companies. InMoment quickly emerged as a true leader in this space and have now invested in this market to make my hopes a reality,” said Weight. “Having lived in the region previously, I’m thrilled to return and join the Singapore-based InMoment team and help our clients realise the ROI from Experience Improvement and become their trusted partner in delighting customers and stakeholders alike.”

“As we build our Southeast Asian presence, we were looking for an industry expert to join our team and help accelerate growth across the region,” added David Blakers, InMoment APAC managing director. “We welcome Eric’s talent and leadership to InMoment, and look forward to his expertise helping build high impact customer experience programs across the region.”
