Initiative was Australia’s best performing media agency for the month of May, snaring the most business wins according to the latest R3 data.
The IPG-owned agency again held onto the number one position in what was a quiet month for new business given the pressures of CV-19.
PHD had a stellar month, climbing five spots to second with wins that included Bayer Digital, Diageo and Spotlight Group.
Starcom took third after winning a piece of business that was unidentified in R3’s reporting.
Omnicom slipped two spots to fourth, while GroupM’s Wavemaker rounded-out the top five on the back of winning the Mondelēz business and snaring Network 10 away from Publicis’ Spark Foundry following a global realignment by parent company CBS.
