Industry Vets Andy DiLallo & Steve Jackson Launch Creative Agency Milk & Honey United

Andy DiLallo (ex-TBWA, M&C Saatchi, Leos) and Steve Jackson (innocean, DDB, Droga5, Saatchi & Saatchi) have teamed up to launch Milk & Honey United, a new independent creative hot shop.

Milk & Honey is a combined offering with an unmatched level of experience running many of the nation’s largest and most loved brands. From Apple to Samsung, Nike to Commbank, Woolworths to McDonalds, NRMA to Diego, Cadbury, Toyota, Hyundai, Optus and Amazon, the list goes on and on.

According to the founders, this new era indie promises to be a place free from traditional constraints and unburdened by legacy. An independent communications company delivering the cream of advertising, strategy, PR, social, digital, design and experiential for today’s forward-thinking brands. Here, the approach is ‘always fresh’ and the ideas are ‘always sticky’.

DiLallo and and Jackson said in a statem: “We believe what clients, brands and partners are truly looking for is a new kind of creative company, one solely focused on individual challenges built around a more personal and connected relationship. The era of integrated full service agencies with set teams all under one roof is being disrupted. Rather, we’re an interconnected network of best in class local and global talent, some of whom form our ongoing purpose built brand teams and others who we unite as and when required.”

Milk & Honey unashamedly believes in the power of creativity as the key driver for unlocking growth and building a consistent and distinctive brand. This is at the heart of the founders’ decision to join forces and double down on creativity.

Jackson and DiLallo have spent a couple of lifetimes working inside the biggest networks helping to run many of their most successful agencies. In that time, earning a wealth of experience and knowledge from inside the machine.

The duo added: “We are privileged to have worked with many of the masters: Lee Clow, Bob Isherwood, Dave Droga, Mark Tutssel, Jeremy Craigen,Tony Granger, Jeremy Sinclair, David Nobay, John Hunt, Eric Vervrougen and Nick Law. Now it’s time for us to take what we’ve learned from them and create something in our own vision.

“As with them, something that always champions creativity, something energised and optimistic, something leaner and meaner, a vessel that’s been reshaped to cut through the water faster.

“What we are offering is the best of big thinking condensed. Stripped back, switched on and focused in. A chance for clients to get the experience they are paying for on their business all of the time, not some of the time.”
