Independent Agency Noisy Beast Acquired By Swisse Wellness

Vitamins and supplements giant Swisse Wellness has taken full ownership of independent full-service agency Noisy Beast, acquiring the remaining 53 per cent share.

According to a statement posted on Noisy Beast’s website on Tuesday 18 July, the acquisition means the agency becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swisse Wellness, with the intention of growing the Noisy Beast business in size and capability both in Australia and globally.

“The change in ownership will have no impact on day-to-day business operations, with both companies continuing to run independently,” the statement said.

“Noisy Beast has an intimate knowledge of the Chinese market. and is preparing to double the size of its team in China while establishing a presence in Hong Kong and the US over the next six months.”

There are currently over 50 Noisy Beast team members working across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Guangzhou and London, and representing more than 20 clients, including Suzuki Automobiles, Simonds Homes, Canstar, Coates Hire, Chervon and Natures Organics, PGT Healthcare and Swisse Wellness.
