Robert Kaye has announced his resignation as interim chairman of Here, There & Everywhere (HT&E), as the company continues its search for a new boardroom leader.
Kaye commenced his role as interim chairman of HT&E in July after Peter Cosgrove resigned as chairman and a director of the group.
The resignation of Cosgrove followed oOh!media’s proposed acquisition of HT&E’s outdoor media business, Adshel, in June. The takeover has since been given the green light by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
HT&E announced the resignation of Kaye in a statement to shareholders this morning.
“As previously announced, the board is undertaking a search process for a new chairman and will update the market accordingly,” the statement read.
