Google has announced the winners of its 2024 Agency Excellence Awards, which recognise outstanding client work by agencies across Australia and New Zealand.
The awards were presented at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney in front of 300 industry representatives, and celebrated agencies that have used Google’s advertising solutions to drive client growth and achieve impressive business results.
Mel Silva, managing director of Google Australia and New Zealand, addressed attendees and emphasised the crucial role agencies play in supporting businesses in the current media landscape. “These Awards are a moment in which we all stop to recognise [agency] expertise, innovation, and the value you bring to your client partnerships,” she said.

We’re just coming to the one year anniversary of this partnership with HCF and to have achieved this much in such a short time is absolutely amazing. We’re just really grateful to Google for the partnership, guidance and recognition.” said Rachida Murray, chief digital officer of Spark Foundry Australia.
“Winning these awards for both PHD and OMD respectively, is so important. As it really recognises the hard work, the teams put in day in and day out. Google is such a key partner for us, so for them to recognise this specifically is really amazing,” said Georgina West, general manager of product and partnerships at OMG Digital.
