French Sock Firm Unveils Gloriously Witty Ad (But Is It All A Cunning April Fools’ Prank?)

French Sock Firm Unveils Gloriously Witty Ad (But Is It All A Cunning April Fools’ Prank?)

With just a few days to the 1st of April, B&T’s got its beady eye out for ads that are simply too odd to be true.

So, when a new campaign from French sock manufacturer Monoprix arrived – despite being wonderfully funny – it immediately set-off our April Fools’ detectors.

The spot, titled “Where’s My Sock”, is apparently the work of Parisian creative agency Rosapark.

And, prank or not, it’s actually a damn fine idea – a pack of three socks for when one goes missing.

This campaign will be amplified online where tweeters in France can enter to win the packs using the hashtag #OùEstMaSocks (Where Are My Socks).

The film will run on Twitter, trueview, Youtube and on all the brand’s social networks.

Check it out below. And, yeah, B&T has no idea if this is genuine or madness! Liberté, égalité, fraternité!
