Droga5 Gets The Comedy Right In New Ad For US Pancake Chain IHOP

As a confession, B&T was unaware of the US all-you-can-eat pancake chain IHOP. However, we have to congratulate it on such a glorious, albeit fattening, marketing strategy.

And now the fast-food outlet – which apparently stands for International House Of Pancakes – has released a witty new ad from creative agency Droga5.

The ad features a character that looks very similar to Lord Of The Rings’ Aragorn.

The bearded chap finds a fork on the road which soon turns into a metaphor for IHOP’s new pancake and omelette breakfast range.
