Do You Dream Of Hot, Juicy Cheeseburgers? This Ad Will Be Your Pattie Nirvana

Sure the gig economy might be totally underpaying its workers but, on the upside, the rise of all these food delivery services has proven a boon for agencies making their ads and, typically, a lot of fun for viewers.

Take the latest TVC for US home deliverer Postmates. Debuting during the Oscars, the gloriously fun spot sees a man dreaming of hamburgers on a train only to be utterly showered in them.

The ad’s the work of creative agency Mother Los Angeles and not only includes the surreal TV ad but print, digital, and out-of-home iterations too.

Check out the meaty action below:

Commenting on the work, Postmates’ SVP of marketing and communications, Eric Edge, said: “In a category where so many focus on the tactical nature of delivery and technology, we decided to tap into the human truth of intense cravings and bring this to life through incredible storytelling,.

“Everyone knows what it means to be hungry and to crave their favorite food, so we’ve worked with an amazing agency, director and production team to bring that feeling to life in a truly unique way.”
