DDB Sydney has hired Sasha Firth as managing partner to lead the Westpac account.
Firth was most recently the managing director of Y&R, and prior to that has held a number of roles across Sydney and London at agencies including Ogilvy, BMF and Campaign Palace.

Firth starts at the agency today, replacing Chiquita King who exited the role earlier this year.
