Cummins&Partners’ Paul Murphy Joins iProspect As Its Melbourne MD

Oliver Rapson, CEO iProspect Australia, has announced today the appointment of Paul Murphy as managing director, iProspect Melbourne, a new position for the office.

Murphy who was previously chief media officer at Cummins&Partners for the past four years, will join iProspect on January 10, 2022.

Murphy has 25 years of experience working agency and client side in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and national roles across traditional, digital, planning and buying.

“This is a major hire for iProspect and one that will have the greatest benefit for our clients and our offering in Melbourne. Paul is a proven leader, we are delighted to have someone of his calibre join the team and I am excited for 2022 and see a year of huge potential and growth,” said Rapson.

Prior to Cummins&Partners Murphy was client side as national media manager at Carlton & United Breweries, fronted the media offering at Blue Hive (Ford), and client lead at Mindshare Melbourne on NAB. He was also business director at OMD Melbourne leading Mazda and Fonterra. He began his career at full-service agency KWP in Adelaide in 1996.
