He’s one of the most famous sports people on the planet and arguably one of the most attractive, too, but Cristiano Ronaldo’s new campaign for ROC headphones sees him team-up alongside someone who you wouldn’t typically put in the ‘elite’ category.
In the spoof spot, Ronaldo is teamed with the world’s biggest trainer – played by portly YouTube actor-comedian Christian Busath (of Fruit Ninja fame) – to ensure he doesn’t lose his world famous six-pack during football’s off-season. The ad was shot at Ronaldo’s actual home in Madrid where he, famously, plays for local team Real.
The witty social media campaign is the work of Los Angeles-based creative agency Shareability and the premise is working out can be less boring when you do it with music (particularly via a pair of ROC headphones). Check out the fun spot below:

Shareability’s CEO Tim Staples said of the ad: “We wanted it to be a little ridiculous. It’s real product with real credibility, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.”
