Coca-Cola has dropped two new caffeinated lemonade variants into the Australian market, with Sprite Lemon+ and Sprite Lemon+ Zero Sugar both available for consumption.
Sprite Lemon+ is being marketed as a drink to refresh consumer’s minds during unavoidable ‘heated moments’, with the classic lemonade flavour and caffeine hit combining to let you hit refresh.
Kate Miller, marketing director, Coca-Cola South Pacific said: “Sprite has always been clear with its position as a brand that refreshes people. With the introduction of our latest innovation, Sprite Lemon+, we are taking refreshment to the next level. Sprite Lemon+ helps encourage people to ‘think zesty’ and refresh them mentally.”
For B&T, the mention of Sprite simply reminds us of the best cover letter ever made, when a copywriter submitted his CV to Sprite in the form of a rap video back in 2018.
The copywriter in question did get the job – deservedly so, we might ad – and Coca-Cola enthusiasts can find Sprite Lemon+ at leading supermarkets, convenience stores, petrol stations and select foodservice stores and e-commerce sites.
