CX agency, Cheil Australia, and digital dataset company, Insightech, have signed an exclusive partnership agreement to provide a unique Martech solution to their existing and new clients.

This exclusive alliance offers Cheil’s clients single-tag UX and advanced digital experience solutions and is a part of the agency’s new focus on online user engagement and increased customer conversion.

Jayden Lee, CEO of Cheil Australia, said:

“As a business with a customer-first approach, this partnership leverages the strengths and capabilities that both business possess in the eCommerce and optimisation space to provide a unique offering to our existing and future clients.”

Chaoming Li, CEO of Insightech, said:

“We are very excited about our partnership with Cheil. Our advanced digital experience analytics solution targets companies with an eCommerce focus, helping them gain real-time data and insights to improve their online user experience.”

“This partnership helps Insightech extend beyond our insight capabilities to deliver a truly optimised experience, which closes the loop to generate higher ROI for our customers.”

“Insightech offers digital experience analytics solutions, targeting companies with an eCommerce focus. By gaining data and real-time insights, we are effectively developing and improving the online user experience.

“Our partnership with Cheil extends our insight capabilities, in delivering an optimised experience to generate better ROI for our customers,” added Li.

Mark Anderson, managing partner at Cheil Australia, commented: “We are beyond thrilled to create this special partnership with Insightech, as part of our new era of client growth and focus on digital data and customer experience. Following years of focus in the retail space, we have invested heavily in building our digital capabilities through the expansion of talent and departmental skill sets to become a truly data-driven, customer experience focused agency.

“This year Cheil has already been delivering remarkable client results in the digital space, and we want to take this to a whole new level by uncovering customer experience optimisation opportunities through Insightech’s unique offering.”

Cheil’s digital strategy has been built around a customer-first approach across multiple user touchpoints. The agency can now look at executing world-class digital optimisation thanks to Insightech’s advanced capabilities for real-time insights on consumer experience across all digital platforms.

Cheil Australia’s digital director, Anam Malik said: “I am excited to be a part of this period of growth for Cheil Australia. We are now able to offer our clients a fully comprehensive and responsive martech solution that will assist in increasing online engagement and unlock missed conversions and revenue opportunities.

“Our focus is developing advanced digital experience intelligence (DXI) through UX, CRO, data & NPS analysis. Insightech exposes the UX/UI barriers consumers face, allowing us to better deliver on online communications and personalised customer journeys.”

Malik continued, “As we experience global economic changes, the need for efficient user experiences is crucial now more than ever. In this post-pandemic era, consumer buying behaviour is still shifting, with an increased necessity for connected experiences that allow for multi-channel conversion paths.

“As a result, there is a greater need to eradicate any consumer pain points from digital pathways. Insightech offers a toolset that empowers SMEs with real-time information to enact optimisation solutions for clients. This partnership brings something new and unique to the industry; the ability to identify and action cutting edge digital solutions in real-time.”
