“Ads, Ads, Ads, Ads & More F@cking Ads!” The Chaser Boys Roast Politicians’ Ad Spending

The federal election’s not even been called (rumoured to be either the 18th of 25th of May) but already the two major parties are openly sparring over the huge cost of funding their election advertising. Undoubtedly, the big bucks are music to the ears of agencies and the telly networks, less so for the sucker taxpayer that has to pick-up the mega-million dollar tab.

Only this morning the Labor party accused the government of already spending a $1 million on a day on advertising.

Enter The Chaser boys to give their unique take on election advertising.

Ironically, they’ve come up with their very own ad to admonish the major political parties for the cost and frequency of pollies’ ad campaigns.

Check out the bawdy spot below. However, B&T does warn it comes with rather fruity language and earphones are best used in more conservative office confines.
