Carat’s Adriana Colaneri Joins The Story Lab As MD

Full-service global content agency The Story Lab has appointed Carat’s Adriana Colaneri (pictured above – on the left) as its new managing director for Australia and New Zealand.

Colaneri joins the agency, which is owned by Dentsu Aegis Network, from Carat, where she was most recently the media agency’s chief marketing officer and a member of its Australian executive leadership team.

Greg Brown, president of Dentsu’s investment division, Amplifi (and pictured above – on the right), said the appointment of Colaneri will position The Story Lab for future growth and expansion of services.

“Adriana brings exceptional marketing, media and leadership experience to the role, and comes on board to lead The Story Lab at an exciting time of growth and development for the agency,” he said.

“It’s an exciting time as we roll out a new content vision, and having worked at Viacom and content businesses in London, it’s great to work with Adriana in this space.”

Adriana said she was elated and humbled to be appointed to the new role at The Story Lab.

“I will be working closely with the team to help our client partners tell interesting stories about their brands through the power of effective content,” she said.

“It’s been an incredible experience to be part of Carat’s growth to become the leading media agency in Australia. I am personally and professionally delighted that I can progress in the next stage of my career within the network and remain close to the Carat team.”
