Just in time for Summer, UK high street brand River Island has launched a Southern Hemisphere exclusive range. To celebrate, River Island’s Summer 15 campaign sees Australians & Brits going head-to-head in the ultimate test of sartorial style; The Fashion Ashes.

This stylish adaptation of the Cricket Ashes features Aussie bombshell Elle Brittain and Brit cool cat Bee Beardsworth taking on this seasons biggest categories; Festival Fashion, Denim, Street Style, Partywear and Resort.

Named after the iconic Elle McPherson, 19-year-old Indigenous model, Elle Brittain is destined for super model stardom. Scouted on Instagram, the 5”9’, gap tooth beach babe has the ultimate girl next door charm and relaxed attitude that perfectly captures the Aussie girl spirit.

Model, and artists, Brit ‘IT’ girl, Gabriella ‘Bee’ Beardsworth has a great sense of grungy personal style that is unique to her London upbringing. Her cheeky personality has earned the model a cult following from her confessional tumblr page. Both talents embody the brands exuberant energy, international status and fresh take on fashion.
