Burger King Sets Car On Fire & Rewards Good Samaritans With A Tasty Whopper

Apparently last Monday was Good Samaritan Day in the US, and to celebrate humankind’s (occasional) good will unto others, fast food giant Burger King decided to get in on the action with one very clever activation.

Featuring a broken-down car and a distressed driver on a stretch of road outside of California, the short film waits to see how many drivers will stop to render assistance.

But, as you’ll discover below, rather than an overcooked engine, the smoke is actually billowing from some of Burger King’s juicy patties grilling away. With the good souls who did stop landing themselves a free Whopper from the King himself.

A spokesperson for the fast-food chain said of the stunt: “Sometimes a simple gesture can be a reminder of how great it feels to do good.” Anyway, check out the fun and mouthwatering action below:
