New online lender homeloans.com.au has launched a national campaign featuring cricketer Adam Gilchrist, proving to customers there’s an easier way when it comes to home loans.
Offering Aussies a modern alternative to the shackles of the old banking establishment, homeloans.com.au offers an online, fast and fully transparent service with flexible and highly competitive rates.
homeloans.com.au launches into the Australian market this month with a national campaign, developed and shot by Magnum & Co, which makes light of the lengths people will go to just to save a few cents, whilst ignoring the big stuff – like getting a better deal on their home loan.
The campaign includes a TVC (30 and 15 second) and digital video assets, and features recently appointed brand ambassador Adam Gilchrist who was engaged last year to raise the profile of the brand.
With media handled via full service media buying and planning agency Taska Media, the campaign is running nationally across TV, BVOD (catch up) and digital.
Both agencies were appointed to work with homeloans.com.au on the new brand following competitive pitches held during lockdown.
homeloans.com.au CFO and General Manager – Marketing Jason Azzopardi said, “Both Magnum & Co and Taska Media were appointed for their clear understanding of the market and our needs, and their proven agility. There is no doubt that we are entering a highly competitive market, but having thrown a number of challenges at both agencies early on in our relationship – shooting remotely during lockdown and under incredibly tight deadlines – we have no doubt we are in the best hands. We look forward to a collaborative and fruitful relationship with both agency partners.”
Magnum & Co Managing Partner Carl Ratcliff added, “It’s been a pleasure working with the homeloans.com.au team, from start to finish on this particular campaign. Together, all agencies and client have worked tirelessly to get an original launch campaign out and underway without prejudicing either brand or sales objectives. We look forward to an enduring relationship.”
“We are incredibly excited to be working with homeloans.com.au and honoured to be chosen to launch the new brand into the Australian market,” stated Christian Simon, founder & partner, Taska Media. As an agency, we are big enough to get super competitive responses, but small enough to deliver the close attention our clients deserve. This is an asset
