Abigail Cheadle Joins Isentia’s Board

Media intelligence company Isentia has announced the appointment of Abigail Cheadle as an independent non-executive director and chair of its audit and risk committee.

Cheadle is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit, risk and compliance committee (ARCC) of QANTM Intellectual Property and previously served as a non-executive director and ARCC chair of SurfStitch. She also works as a chartered accountant.

Isentia chairman Doug Snedden said Cheadle is a strong addition to the company’s board.

“Abigail has over 25 years’ experience, including holding senior management positions with

Kroll, KordaMentha, Deloitte and Ernst & Young in Australia and Asia,” he said.

“Her experience includes establishing, acquiring, managing and restructuring businesses, particularly in the finance, services and technology sectors, and her wealth of accounting expertise will be an asset to the audit and risk committee.

“We welcome Abigail and look forward to leveraging her depth of executive experience.”
