Woolworths has announced that it has hired Jess Gill to the role of general manager of marketing for its supermarkets.
Gill will report to managing director Tjeerd Jegen, who said he’s been very impressed with the work she has performed for Woolworths in her most recent role as head of marketing strategy for consultancy, Growth Mantra.
Kurt Kamp, group marketing director, has been care-taking the role since Lizzy Ryley moved into a group-wide role as general manager – Customer Loyalty, a few months ago.
