The sale of the local arm of Reed Business Information has been officially completed, with new owners Catalyst Investment Managers assuming control.
Reed is the largest business to business publisher in Australia, and includes B&T, Australian Doctor, Travel Weekly and Money Management among its titles.
The company, which has been bought for an undisclosed sum, is expected to settle on a new name in the next week, after the sale was completed within the specified three-week window overnight.
Other entities included in the deal include Reed’s directory businesses HotFrog and GoHospitality.
No management changes are anticipated under the new owners.
